A Day in the Sleeve -- May 18, 2014

Bariatric patients are encouraged to do food diaries. To write down what you ate and why you ate it. It's supposed to help pinpoint problem areas and keep you on track to achieve and maintain your goals. Here's today's "A Day in the Sleeve".

Breakfast -- 7am 

Made with:
1 cup brewed Decaf Cinnamon Vanilla Nut coffee,
1/2 cup Original Silk soy milk
1 TBS sugar free cinnamon syrup
1 scoop of cookies and cream protein powder
(without the chocolate and whipped cream)

Reason for eating: scheduled meal time

Lunch -- noon
2 barbecue ribs (leftovers) approximately 3 oz of meat

Reason for eating: scheduled meal time

Snack -- 3pm
1 oz of Korean Barbecue Pork Jerky

Reason for eating: hungry

Dinner -- 6pm
1/4 cup garlic brown buttered noodles
1/4 cup green beans

Reason for eating: scheduled meal time

Water intake = 80 oz
Vitamins = taken
Exercise = 30 minutes walking and 90 minutes of playing with kids at the park
